Description
A rare organic white tea from Mozambique made from delicate young silver-coloured tea tips. Soft, refined and subtle, it is the most premium and delicate tea in the collection.
White tea undergoes very little processing. The young tips are carefully harvested, gently withered and dried, allowing the natural character of the leaf to remain at the centre of the cup. Silver Tips refers to the fine young buds covered in soft silvery hairs.
Preparation: 2.5–3 g / 250 ml. Pour over water at 75–80°C and steep for 4–5 minutes. Enjoy pure and without milk. The leaves can be infused several times.
Best enjoyed in the late morning or afternoon, when you have time to appreciate its delicate flavour and aroma.
